2. Send Your Project Information
Before our meeting, you’ll send photos, measurements, sketches, inspiration images, and any existing plans you’d like me to review.
3. Meet Virtually
We’ll meet over Zoom or Microsoft Teams to discuss your project in detail. I’ll answer your questions, offer recommendations, and help refine your design.
4. Receive Your Follow-Up Summary
After our meeting, you’ll receive an email summarizing our discussion, recommendations, and suggested next steps.

Every landscape project is unique, so our consultation services are designed to be flexible. Your consultation begins with a one-hour session for $150, giving you personalized recommendations and a clear plan for moving forward. If you’d like additional support, you can add follow-up consultation sessions, concept drawings, or other design services as your project evolves – so you only pay for the guidance you need.

Do I need to live in Michigan?
Not at all! Virtual consultations are available nationwide. Recommendations are tailored to your region, climate, and growing conditions.
What should I send before the consultation?
Photos of your property, approximate measurements, a simple sketch (if available), inspiration photos, and any existing plans you’d like reviewed.
Do you create planting plans?
Yes. During the consultation we’ll discuss layout, plant selection, spacing, and design concepts. For larger or more detailed projects, additional design services are available.
Do you install landscapes?
No. Bright Lane Gardens focuses on education, consultation, and design. Many of our clients install their landscapes themselves or work with a local contractor.
